Individual Psychotherapy

I offer 55 minute individual therapy sessions for children and adults ages 13 and up for $200.  Individual sessions for adults and teens are frequently focused on underlying emotions and physical sensations that impact our beliefs and behaviors often leading to reactivity in relationships or response to triggers.  Through learning how to be with our emotions and sensations in a compassionate and validating manner symptoms may resolve, decrease and/or become more manageable.  The goals is to improve your ability to navigate stressors and the things in life that lead to distress learning to relate to yourself and others differently using an experiential approach.  For more information you may wish to check out the IFS institute's website at :  https://ifs-institute.com/​

Diagnostic Evaluations

Before beginning treatment each client will participate in an initial intake evaluation which involves taking a thorough history of one's difficulties and development throughout the life span.  Through this process, I offer clients a diagnosis (when present) and recommendations related to treatment.  The fee is $250 for initial 60 minute intake.

Telepsychology

My services are exclusively offered through telehealth using  an internet-based video platform .   This offers a HIPPA compliant and convenient alternative to office-based treatment particularly for those who may other wise not be able to travel the distance, arrange for child care, or attend in person- appointments.  I am currently accepting private pay and sliding fee patients at reduced rates.  I take Premera, Regence  and First Choice Insurances

Consultation & Supervision 

I offer consultation and supervision for licensed clinicians looking for additional support and improvement clinically as well as offering parent consultation in addressing children's emotional and behavioral issues.  Children typically receive the most  benefit from parent and family based interventions rather than individual therapy.  I offer parent education, consultation, and training to help manage a variety of behavioral problems in children and adolescents.  Consultations and Supervision are offered at 180 per session and Parent consultations are $250 for initial and $200 for follow-ups
